Dear Pink Class,
I know this must be a very confusing time for you and it is sad that we cannot be in school learning together, but it is important that we do our best to keep ourselves and those around us safe.
One of the best things you can be doing during this time is spending quality time with your family, helping your parents and those around you with some jobs, making sure you stay active by doing some exercise and learning some new skills like cooking and crafts.
All of you will now have a home learning pack that you can work through at home whilst we are not at school. I will be giving prizes to all the children that have a go and bring it in when we return to school.
Here are some activities you could be doing to keep your brain active:
Recently, we have been learning how to use email. Quick reminder: go to the Crow Lane School Website - go to pupils - select VLE - login using your purple mash password. Remember, this is a safe way to contact me and your friends as it can only be used by teachers and pupils who go to our school. I will be sending occasional emails to see how you are. Please feel free to email me with any news about what you have been doing or questions about learning.
At the end of Year 2, all pupils will sit their end of KS1 SATs. This is statutory assessment for all schools. Here are some resources to help you prepare.
