  • Year 6 Family Learning Day
    Year 6 and their families were set the challenge of creating a project board on the artist Yinka Shonibare. They had to research, plan, design and create their boards.
  • Gallery Visit
    Year 5 enjoyed their visit to Huddersfield Art Gallery where they explored the works of art and created some of their own. Go to our Gallery area to see more!
  • Macmillan Coffee Morning
    We had a lovely coffee morning with year 6 doing a fantastic job running the event. Thank you to everyone for your contributions and for attending.
  • Autumn Fair Success
    Thanks to everyone for making our Autumn Fair such a great event. We were pleased that so many people could enjoy the afternoon and help raise a whopping £625 in the process!
  • National Gallery Success
    Year 6 pupils visited the National Gallery in London to see their work in the Take One Picture Exhibition.
  • Sports Day
    The weather stayed dry and fun was had by all at our Sports Day. Events included welly wanging, egg and spoon race, skipping, netball shoot, javelin and sprinting. Take a look at some photos in our gallery.
  • Author Visit
    We were very excited to have the author Jason Beresford visiting us to share one of his books. We bought copies of his books which Jason signed for us.
  • Harold Wilson Centenary Celebration
    On Friday 11th March Year 6 took part in the centenary celebration for the former Prime Minister Harold Wilson at Royd's Hall High School. Visit our gallery to see some photographs of the day.
  • Year 4 Family learning
    Year 4 took part in our first Family Learning Day on Wednesday 9th March. We created our own unique family trees linked to our topic of Belonging.Visit our gallery to see some photographs.
  • World Book Day
    A big thank you to all parents and children for their enthusiasm and effort with costumes. We raised almost £100 for Book Aid International!
